Now I've implanted that song into your head, Sonic CD is finally out on PSN and XBLA for £3.59/€4.49/400MSP and it's reported to be untouched from the original except with the addition of Achievement/Trophy support and unlockable Tails to play as. If you know your Sonic history, the above intro wasn't the original one (that Japan and the EU had) which is after the break - I just prefer the above.
